From moment I dropped off my car until the time I picked it up service was excellent from the young lady at the desk helped me out tremendously on what to do to the man that handled getting my car fixed he made sure through text if the progress of my car which was very reassuring awesome service

Repair itself seems fine and communication initially via text was good. However on the due date we received a text about a delay, the first of many subsequent delays. The car ended up taking 3 weeks to repair. We wouldn’t have minded if we’d been given the reason for the delays - e.g. wrong parts ordered, etc. But there was no explanation given and we felt we had to chase after them for a status update. Better communication needed.

My car repair was fine. But when I got to my car at pick-up my car’s battery was left on for who knows how long. I tried to turn my car on and it barely turned on. Now I have issues with my AC. The ability to change the air flow direction has been impacted. When I dropped my car off this was not an issue and now after picking my car up this is an issue.
