From now on, this is the only shop I will go to for the work they do. More specifically, I would go to the Morse Rd location even when I live out of state. These folks at Crash Champions are on another level.

Extremely satisfied with the work that Crash Champions did on my Subaru Forester. My car looks brand new on the places they repaired or replaced parts. The paint job is fire (awesome).

Extremely satisfied with my interactions when talking to the folks at Crash Champions. I spoke mostly with Dan and Amber. They are rockstars. It is rare to come across a place of work that is the caliber these folks are. I had an awesome interaction with the folks at the call center as well when I needed to contact them. I submitted a compliment call each time I spoke with the agents at the crash champions call center.

The Team was so helpful and understanding. The older gentleman (I forgot his name )at the front desk quickly fixed a location drop off error by my insurance company and quickly got my car in at the scheduled time. The secretary Amber kept me up to date by the hour which helped so much because I am an anxious person. Overall I had a great experience and can't see myself going anywhere else! This location knows how to do customer service with a human touch! Thank you and please send my regards!
