Typically I am not a fan of going the extra mile to write about my experience. The usually 10 on everything surveys suffice for me but see this time it's different seeing as here I am on Christmas Eve using valuable time that should be spent with family to write about my experience with Service King. One word to sum it all up, exordinary. Michael Carr was the service rep who oversaw the car and went back and forth with me throughout the whole process. This man had excellent customer service he knew what to say and when to say it. A clear professional. I feel as though Service King did a very exceptional job well done. Lastly the sad unfortunate situation for me is that literally 4 minutes after picking my car up some lady scrapped the side of my car trying to squeeze through to the turning lane so now I'll have to get it fixed and guess who I'll be asking to repair it? I'll let you take a guess.
