Crash Champions did an outstanding job and also gave great customer service throughout the repair process. The staff was very friendly and kind to me and my wife and I really appreciate that. The camera had to be replaced again and the plastic spoiler was not completely seated but those were remedied quickly. Paint looks perfect.

I never would have gotten updates had I not called. Seems people have multiple lunches as that was always the excuse or that my advisor was at the other location. I had one occurrence where I called, someone put me on hold for a few minutes, they picked up and cursed their co-worker for calling them and hung up. Called me back in a few minutes and acted like nothing had happened. Easily the worst customer service I have experienced. As soon as I informed my insurance and got the manager involved, customer service was non-existent.
