Dan especially was very informative on what the process would entail and probable timing of when I should bring my car in and approximately how long it might take to complete the repairs. He explained how the car rental office would be notified when I dropped my car off and the timing was right on. Everyone in the office was friendly and easy to work with. I recommended Crash Champions to one of my friends and she said she also had a super experience.

I am very unsatisfied with the work that was performed…I have a door that’s a different color than the car. I hear air like a window is open when driving. no one ever contact me to come do a walk around of the car to determine what damages where made as result of it being stolen..I was thinking I was going to get my vehicle back pre-accident before it was stolen.

I had to call for a update. Then I had left the car a 8 am on Monday. I called for an update Thursday morning, only to find out they had not even started on the car! Why bring it in early on a Monday. I had it scheduled for three weeks!
