From the moment I arrived, they were very friendly and greeted me and my daughter who is very busy (16 mo old). They kept me up to date on everything, help load and unload from the rental and back. My car looked great and everything was explained. Clint was who handled my car did a great job, but everyone in the office was great and if we have an unfortunate event again, I know service king will now be our first choice! It used to be another co, but your service out "shined" them! ;)
