Lacey was great with communication. I had clear information about what my car needed and how the process was going. My car needed work outside of body work. The team was able to get that fixed through a third party vendor without me needing to figure it out. Lacey sourced a part that would have taken another month to come in, allowing me a fully repaired car without needing to return. Great experience.

Deja was a friendly and clear communicator. There was good availability for scheduling. I liked the frequent updates on the progress of our car's repair. The repair looks great. I am so happy to have our car back and to be able to use the back door again!

Crash champions did a great job repairing our car. They coordinated with our insurance, as well as a rental car company, and Deja kept us informed regularly as far as progress. The repairs were thorough, and the car looks new. Excellent customer service.
