I have no complaints. This process which should've been very stressful for someone involved in their first accident. Everything was easy to understand. No one made me feel dumb for not knowing what to do in this situation that I'd never experienced before. I felt the courtesy calls and texts were both helpful. I think the entire process was easy for me as the customer. Thank you Andrea and the whole team for making this the least stressful process something this stressful can be.
