By the way, this is Beverly Pickering, the Toyota Owner my husband Lance Abke is the first name on the insurance policy, so I’m sure that’s why all of this is getting directed with his name on it, but I am the owner of the Toyota Yaris and I’m the one who got rear ended and I’m the one who brought the car in to have it fixed just so we’re clear lol… First of all, everyone was so patient and so supportive and so professional and so informative right from the beginning… That set the tone for the whole experience! I was kept apprised of progress, and I was blown away that the date that I was given for the car to be finished was the date that the car was finished… That doesn’t happen in any business anywhere but at Crash Champions it sure did! When I came to pick up the car I actually gasped. It looked so fantastic. Oh my goodness I have fallen in love with my little old beater all over again. Phenomenal job all the way around… As someone who worked as a service representative for AT&T for 30 years, I know good customer service when I experience it and this was absolutely top-notch… I would love to work at a place that cares for its customers the way Crash Champions does. Thank you again so much. You took a very upsetting situation and turned it in to an incredibly positive outcome and it doesn’t get better than that.

Everyone at the facility was pleasant, professional, empathetic, supportive, and I was kept informed of everything as it went aalong all the paperwork and all the details were managed to perfection and my car was ready on the day. They said it would be ready. And boy or boy I about passed out when I saw how phenomenally perfect the work was! It absolutely looks like a brand new car and trust me. It is not a new car lol everything was perfect.
