I rated a 7 due to a few concerns: I received a call that my truck would be ready on Tuesday afternoon but when I called back they said they needed it another day due to a wrong part. Someone left a message stating that I already had my truck (but didnt) and called back. There was a mixup with my truck and another. I received a call on June 3rd to say it was complete. I picked it up on Thursday to find out that Floyd did not have payment from the insurance company. After I spent about 10 to 15 minutes on the phone with the insurance company Floyd realized he had the check in a spot where other checks were stored.

Rich my guy was amazing, kept me up to date every step of the way calling me every other day. From the moment I stepped in the office to have my car looked at for estimate he was so helpful and I felt comfortable enough to leave my car right then and there. I was even more excited when my car was done a day early. I am not sure how many different people worked on my car BUT it looks brand new even the inside was cleaned for me! THAT SAYS ALOT about the company and their service. I will recommend Service King to all I know because they are top shelf to me! Thank You Richard and your team!
