It took 4 months repair and the excuses were very unsettling. This cost me more than a deductible, I had to find a way to get to work for months. It was an unpleasant, frustrating and inconvenient experience.

Ray Irsik was my main contact throughout the repairs on my 2018 Toyota RAV4 hybrid XLE. Ray explained the process and the approximate timeline. When I called with a couple questions, he was able to answer them in a way that let me understand totally what was happening. I feel I receive my vehicle in a very timely manner and will definitely recommend Ray and Crash Champions.
