I had to do a rental for two weeks when they said it would be done, it has been two more weeks and a lot of follow up. I had just received it back when my husband passed on the 19 th of November and they received the car on October 20th I received it returned on November 19th. No reason for the delay, they blamed it on parts order. Weren't received in time or broken when I know there is a chrysler shop down the block from them. I will never go Back !!!

my experience with Crash Champions was a total delight. Even when I had an issue with the rental car, I called them and they directed me exactly the phone numbers and who to call and what to say. Every time I talked to them, they were the most polite, patient, and let’s not forget how beautiful and perfectly repaired my car is now. If I had any use for a repair shop, I know where I would go. Without a doubt, I would call Crash Champions. I even included them on my contact list.

My vehicle looked great on the outside and inside. I asked about a 12 inch area on a door that has scratches going down. They did a complementary buff while picking up my car after an accident. My car looks great.
