I recently picked up my vehicle from Crash Champions after repairs and noticed a small dent/fold in the bumper. When I pointed it out, I was initially told that what I was seeing was a paint issue. The manager also came out and agreed with that assessment. Since I was not satisfied with the condition of the repair, I chose not to take the vehicle and left it with the shop. The next day, Alexis contacted me and advised that they would address the damage. Throughout the process, Alexis communicated clearly and kept me informed. A few days later, I returned to pick up my vehicle, and the dent/fold in the bumper had been properly repaired. While I was disappointed that the issue was not recognized initially, I appreciate that Crash Champions ultimately corrected the problem. Alexis provided excellent customer service and communication, which helped make the resolution process much smoother.

I recently chose to repair my car here because my insurance company refers them to me, it was simple and convenient that I could schedule an appointment directly from the Allstate app. However, these people are really unprofessional and lacking in customer services. First of all, I dropped off my car on April 28th and I was told that I could pick up my car on May 8th. During the repair, I tried to contact them multiple times to ask for the estimated date but I never hear from them back until May 4th. (P.S.: I first visited them on April 23th for an inspection) On May 8th, I thought I could pick up my car on time, but then told that there will be a delay until 2pm. They told me it is because they just received my bumper and started to paint it… Didn’t you tell me that you received my bumper on Monday? If you are running on a delay just let your customers know like 1-2days before? Communications are not that hard right? They just ruined all of my schedule for the week after. Moreover, I finally picked up my car on May 13th. When they returned my car to me, I found out there was a notch on the bumper apparently. Haha, that was what I waited for about two weeks. After I talked to the estimator, he told me to come back again so they can polish and fix the notch. I asked him is it okay if I come on Tuesday May 19th? (which is today, I lost all my patience so I decided to write down this review) He said YES. I also asked him can I come in anytime? He said YES again just come in and look for him. I visited their shop today earlier, and the estimator told me their polisher won’t be in store until the week after next week, therefore I will need to wait until June 2nd to solve the issue. Hello, excuse me? Time is money and it is very valuable, don’t you know that? I have been working in customer services industry for about 10years, I have never seen people running a business like them. After the pandemic, I know it is hard for everybody therefore I do not really want to leave a bad review to any business. But how would you treat your customers like this? After all, there are so many other bodyshops in LA county area that with better paint works and customer services. I recommend people just save your money and time and go somewhere else.
