Cynthia has stellar customer service! She was so helpful explaining every step I would encounter during the repair of my Toyota. Brad was also helpful informing me how the repair would be made & how long it may take. I have been in contact with Josh and the customer service has been amazing! However, I did pick up my car this Saturday and my alignment is worse than when I brought it and pulling the opposite way. I would like it fixed properly. (Although I believe the alignment is a third party fix).

It would have been great if the insurance picked up the whole replacement and painting of the front bumper. I am greatful for the work that went into making the bumper look great again! I had told the staff that I had enjoyed the customer service, but I hope not to be a repeat customer due to collision damage! Thank you again!
