I have been in contact with Josh and the customer service has been amazing! However, I did pick up my car this Saturday and my alignment is worse than when I brought it and pulling the opposite way. I would like it fixed properly. (Although I believe the alignment is a third party fix).

It would have been great if the insurance picked up the whole replacement and painting of the front bumper. I am greatful for the work that went into making the bumper look great again! I had told the staff that I had enjoyed the customer service, but I hope not to be a repeat customer due to collision damage! Thank you again!

I had front end damage to my mini cooper and they did a beautiful job repairing it. One plastic piece that was supposed to fit over the drivers side wheel, was loose & popped out after I picked up my car, but Joshua ordered the right part and fixed it right away. The only negative I had, was being blamed for damage to the plastic piece that popped off, which I did not do! This must have occurred in the body shop. All in all, I had a good experience here and recommend them for anyone who needs their car repaired.
