To say I?m frustrated right now would be an understatement. The body work on my car is great and Mickey keep me in the loop as far is time frame for the repairs to be complete. When I picked up my vehicle on Friday evening 2-27-15, Shawn and I discovered that the keyless entry was no longer working. He had me take it to Livermore Ford on Monday morning for a ?10 minute reprograming?. I went to Livermore Ford on Monday morning to meet with Mike Sanchez as per Shawn?s instructions, but Mike claimed to have no knowledge of my issue, so I made an appointment for the following day 3-3-15 at 9:00am for what Mike told me would take a couple of hours to fix. At 3:30pm they still couldn?t fix my car and had to order a part, we made an appointment for Saturday 3-7-15. I dropped off my car there at 9:00am for what Mike said would be a two hour change out of the part. Mike finally called me at 12:00, saying they had the wrong part. I know have another appointment for this Friday 3-13-15 to hopefully finally have my repair complete. I really wish this had been resolved before I picked up my car from Service Kings since this has taken 3 trips to the dealership already and is still not resolved.

Great customer service from day one when I came by to get an estimate from Mickey Skelson. He explained to Michael Spiteri that I wasn't sure at that time if I will use my Farmers policy or the at-fault driver's USAA policy. I went with USAA. I was updated daily thru texts and emails from Michael Spiteri. His team did a great job on fixing my vehicle. I am very satisfied. I knew that I will not be disappointed. I work for a Farmers agent in Dublin and has referred few clients to ServiceKing Dublin and heard good things about this branch. And Dina at the front desk is friendly! Keep up the good work!
