The car seemed fine, but there were a couple of key dings in the door that I don't believe were there when we dropped it off.

Ross was VERY nice and worked hard on the resolution, but he said it would be done 4 times before it was actually done (7 days later and it was only because I said I was on my way to pick it up). The original estimators evaluation was lost between when it was done and when I showed up to drop the car off and that was what was sited as the reason the vehicle took 2 months to complete.
