**Never\. I would not recommend Crash Champions to a friend or colleague\.** At this point, I feel like Crash Champions is trying to put a **Band\-Aid on a truck that should have been considered a total loss**, rather than addressing the underlying problems and safety concerns\. The response I continue to hear is essentially, **“It’s within spec\.”** Being within a specification does not automatically mean the vehicle is **safe, properly repaired, or safe to put my family in**\. My truck still does not drive straight, I have to fight the steering to keep it going down the road, and it has developed additional noises and tire\-rubbing issues that were not there before\. After everything this truck has been through, I don’t feel comfortable putting my two toddlers in it\. A repair should restore the vehicle to a condition where a customer can confidently and safely drive it\. I don’t feel Crash Champions has accomplished that\. For that reason, I would **never recommend them**\.

Extremely Disappointed With the Final Result I’m extremely disappointed with the work done on my truck by Crash Champions. This has been an ongoing repair process spanning nearly two years, and unfortunately, the truck still does not drive correctly and has more issues than when I started. During this process, my truck has gone through three steering racks, eight alignments, two sets of adjustable upper control arms, and two sets of upper ball joints. They also replaced the A/C compressor, and I will give credit where it’s due: I finally have working air conditioning. However, the major issue remains unresolved. The truck severely pulls to the left. The last time I received it back, it was not driving straight, and I was told the problem was related to my tires. The tires were rotated, but the truck still pulls severely to the left. Since getting it back, I’ve also developed significant front-end squeaking, and the front tires are now rubbing—something they never did before. I also discovered that the rear wheel on the left side sits approximately two inches farther outward than the right side, which raises serious concerns about whether the truck’s suspension and alignment are actually straight. Most concerning, the lower ball joints were never replaced despite being completely severed. That is not something I expected to discover after this extensive repair history. At this point, I have spent an enormous amount of time dealing with repeated repairs, alignments, parts, and trips back to the shop, yet my truck still does not drive properly. There are now additional noises and issues that were not present before. I appreciate the staff who have worked with me throughout the process, and I appreciate finally having functioning A/C. But overall, I cannot recommend the experience based on the condition of my truck after this much work. After nearly two years and this many repairs, I expected my truck to come back safe, straight, quiet, and driving properly. Unfortunately, that is not the vehicle I received.

I would rate my customer service experience as **below average**\. I decided to give Crash Champions another opportunity to make things right, especially because there is now new management\. My previous experience with management left me feeling that my concerns were not being taken seriously, including being told that my truck would never be totaled because of how sought\-after it is in Colorado\. This most recent experience was better in some ways\. Most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, and I appreciated that\. However, I was told the repairs would take approximately three days, and my truck ended up being there for about a month\. The biggest issue is that the truck was returned to me still pulling severely to the left\. Cody, who was taking the lead on the repairs, personally called me and explained that they had done everything they could, but they could not get the truck properly calibrated and he did not know why\. When I was later called and told that my truck was ready, I specifically asked to speak with Cody because I wanted to understand what had been done and what the plan was to address the problem\. I was then told that **Cody no longer works there**\. That left me feeling like the shop simply **dusted their hands of the situation and gave me my crooked truck back**, despite knowing that they had been unable to get it driving correctly\. I was told the problem was my tires\. At pickup, the manager even commented that it was “just fun to drive with these tires\.” That comment was extremely frustrating to me\. **I’m not concerned with whether my truck is fun to drive\. I’m concerned with whether it is safe to drive\.** I have two toddlers who ride in this truck, so safety is my priority\. The truck currently pulls so severely to the left that I have to actively fight the steering wheel to keep it going straight\. Based on how it is driving, I am concerned that I will ultimately need yet another steering rack just to get the truck to temporarily drive straight\. After nearly two years, three steering racks, eight alignments, multiple sets of suspension components, and countless trips back to the shop, I expected my truck to finally be returned to me **safe, straight, and properly calibrated**\. Instead, I feel like I was given back a vehicle that everyone knew still had a significant problem, without a clear explanation or a solution\. I appreciate the staff members who were courteous and helpful, but the lack of a resolution and the way the remaining safety concerns were handled significantly affected my overall satisfaction\.

I had a good experience with Crash Champions. They communicated with me consistently through my communication of choice (text). The process to pick up my car and pay my deductible was easy. The woman at the front desk was very kind. I believe her name was Kara was also very kind, explaining what they still needed to work on. And Cody was very friendly when he took my car in and when he explained what he had done and what needed to be done in the future when he gave my car back to me.
