I appreciate the explanations and responsiveness when I had any inquiries. Only bit of feedback is that it would be nice to give a heads up on any possible delays before the initial expected date of completion. Car did look almost as good as new (with a slight gap on the right front door seal) but it was a big job so it’s still greatly appreciated.

I think communication about timing could have been better. They were responsive when I had called, but it would have been nicer to know at least 24 hours before that I wouldn’t be getting my car back on time.
