Eddie, Andre, and Connor were very friendly and got the work done very fast. Very happy with the service. They picked me up from my house and dropped me back off which I thought was amazing. Only had my car for 3/4 days. The detail service was amazing. Looking brand new

The technician was great. The rest of the comments are for the front desk receptionist - I had called to speak with someone on the phone for an update when I’d get the estimate. The woman had said that crash collision doesn’t send estimates to us but only insurance. I replied I apologize this is my first time with any crash repair and how does the process work. The woman replied “we take the car apart. We put the car back together” and no other details. I called my insurance who asked for an expedited update and that is how I received it. I would recommend if you don’t want these types of questions to have a more descriptive and kind process for first timers or people with questions as she was extremely unkind.

The entire process from drop off to having my vehicle delivered right to my apartment was extremely easy and pleasant given the situation.
