The man who was there when i picked up my car was very kind, clear and helpful. but the girl on the phone and at the front desk, conner i believe, was quite rude over the phone and in person. I felt like she didn’t want to give me the time of day when I called to ask if it was okay to pick up my car at 4:45pm the following day. She was short with me and acted like i was wasting her time. She could have had a bad day, but it wasn’t the only time she was rude on the phone. to be honest, as a paying customer, it makes me hesitate to want to give my business to crash champions again, even though they did a wonderful job to my car.
