My truck was dropped off 7/13/26 and I just picked up today 9/10/26. The customer service was nonexistent, the communication was nonexistent. I never spoke to my assigned representative Isidro after I dropped my car off. He walks around inside the building with sunglasses on, his disposition is very stand-offish. I even witnessed his rudeness with a potential customer, during a visit for an update regarding my truck. I had to initiate contact on the dates my car was supposed to be ready. Rafael wasn’t any better until the final week they had my car after I called him out on his lack of communication and unprofessionalism. So it’s not surprising that Isidro is allowed to behave in the manner he does with customers. It wasn’t until I stopped in to speak with Rafael because he promised an update and didn’t call, that I ran into the director of operations. He helped somewhat improve my experience, unfortunately by this point we were almost 2 months in and I was exhausted with dealing with this place. While I appreciate the efforts made in the end to try and rectify my experience, I will never do business with Crash Champions again nor will I recommend them to anyone.
