We had unusual circumstances as to why we're temporarily in Chicago, and the team there was very accommodating and helpful. Communication was great throughout the process, and customer service was excellent.

While I initially didn't like that I didn't hear anything about my vehicle for almost a week after I dropped off and got the rental, I had to call and ask about the status. Afterwards, I got the text update about how long it would take. I appreciate the fast turn around and they made my Honda look like new again. This is the only repair shop I trust since I used them a few years ago with my previous car when they were called Service King. Thank you for all that you (yall) do.

I though the rear traffic alert sensor would be fixed as it got misaligned from the impact from the accident but it’s still showing the “RCTA system not active” error message when I drive

I originally just needed a new door, and having not seen my car in so long I didn't notice until later in the day walking up to it that I had a new front bumper cover which I'm actually not too happy with I liked the original cover was it some reason it had to come off and be swapped out

I'm I'm satisfied with the work the door looks great but this isn't and wasn't my ORIGINAL paint. It was dark metallic gray not silver it looks like a completely different car it's lost its shine my car looks completely bland now Like a silver car Is there anything we could do about this ? 773 971 9723

The customer service was ok but it seemed like they were in a hurry to just get me out of there no one explained anything bout the car what was done and how and what was changed or anything that would be my only complaint everything else customer service wise was pretty satisfactory

My car was delayed and it took allot of time to get it back. The work was not the best as there were uneven gaps and poor color matching. This has yet to be addressed as I did take the car in to be evaluated again for this very reason.
