I would not recommend the Oak Park location but I would recommend the Belmont Cragin location

My car was clean and looked new again

Communication was unclear. First when I dropped off my car, I was told I would get a call in a day or 2 for an estimated pick up time. A week passed and I didn't get a call so I went to the shop in person. They showed me the progress and told me it would be done by Friday. I showed up Friday and was asked "who told you that? I'm the only one who can give estimates and your car won't be ready for another week. " He was not in the least bit apologetic about the misquote for when my car would be ready. I got a call the following Monday saying the car was ready. There needs to be better communication amongst your staff and to your customers
