EVeryone was courteous, friendly and efficient in processing my repairs. THe front desk receptionist extended an extra courtesy in retrieving my garage door opener that I had accidentally left in my car while being repaired. Also, someone stayed 15 min past closing time to wait for me to get back from work to turn in my rental car and pick up my car. Expert and friendly service! Thank you

The staff was a pleasure to work with. I spoke with Jennifer on the phone several times, and each time I could hear the smile in her voice. Tango was very helpful through out the repair process, from the initial estimate to when I picked up my vehicle when the repairs were completed. I appreciated the text updates on the progress of the work being done; I was never left wondering when the repairs would be completed nor did I have to call the shop to inquire about the completion date. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Service King.
