After the insurance claim was made, my nephew heard a scraping noise and looked under the car and saw a metal piece hanging down. When I brought the car in, I told Maddie about that and she said their technician will do an inspection and include in the estimate. I picked up the car and lo and behold, I heard a scraping noise and my nephew saw where that was not addressed.

Everyone was very nice. Our wait wasn't long. I do have some feedback. Y'all need to have more folks working on the weekend. Have a lone person, in this case a woman, on their own all day seems like it could be a liability.
