Everyone was very nice. Our wait wasn't long. I do have some feedback. Y'all need to have more folks working on the weekend. Have a lone person, in this case a woman, on their own all day seems like it could be a liability.

I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was professional, communicative, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Maddie was great throughout the entire process from start to finish. Looked at car, noted what was broken/missing, came back in and a few minutes later gave me the estimate and time frame. All went as planned and was kept apprised during the process. Work is excellent!

Madelyn was my service advisor & she made sure to answer any questions I had & kept me updated throughout the whole process. My sister took her truck here, and they did a Awesome job. So I trust my sister so I said I was going to try them out. Glad I did they did a Awesome Awesome Job! They kept me.posted on what's going on, I told them that I need it back ASAP. They finished a week before the estimated time. I'll always go back to them, as well recommend them to everyone I know. After my vehicle was broken into and vandalized. After filing an insurance claim, the insurance company suggested Crash Champions to do the repairs. I had never heard of this company but after talking to friends and family Crash Champions received some pretty good reviews. The young lady who assisted me with the paperwork was nice, friendly, and very professional. They make it easy to receive updates and stay informed on the status of your vehicle with their app. And also alert you when your vehicle is ready for pickup. I paid my deductible online to speed the process and picked my vehicle up the following morning when they open. And from 1 to 10 I'll give them a 10. I dealt with other body sizes before but I would say that this one is top notch. Thank you Crash Champions
