I'm giving them a 10 because of Hannah staying in touch with us. Although, I'm concerned that the appearance of the car isn't like it was prior to the mishap. In 2025 we paid 3K out of pocket to have the entire bumper replaced but this repair only "fixed" the bumper leaving us with one dim front light and the other extremely bright and the hood seems to be off center with the rubber supporting one side different from the other. We mentioned it but she said they were only required to fix the car not replace anything. Thank you for asking.

Hannah and Crash Champion Germantown Team did it again. Unfortunately, I had an incident in March 2026 and the team did the repairs. So, when I had another incident I knew right away that I was going to take my car back to Crash Champions. Hannah kept me informed throughout the repair. Outstanding service!
