I had a wonderful experience with the body shop, and I especially want to recognize Ashley for being amazing throughout the entire process. She explained everything thoroughly, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always professional and helpful. My car was completed ahead of schedule, and the work looked great! I truly appreciate the excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service I received from beginning to end. I have a headlight that’s not working on the driver side and I’ll cuddle up there and ask for Ashley and she was supposed to have gotten back with me and she never did. I’ve called up there twice so I feel like I’m being dodged. I just wanted them to check the headlight to see why it’s not coming on especially at night time.

Crash Champion is a place I would highly recommend for any Collison and or car accidents. The team there was very professional. They provided stellar customer service.. I say that because when I would check for understanding regarding the process l, they were happy to explain the process so that I understood. Ernest was my adviser, Stellar service. I can he is a EXPERT in his field. When he looked at the damages on my car, he explained what was going to be ordered and provided an ETA for the job to be completed. My car was finished and ready the time frame was exact for my car situation. Thank You Crash Collision for being professional, and providing Stellar Customer Service.
