Cindy is an angel on earth. Her compassion, patience and understanding was like a hug. I have never been in a car accident (let alone rear ended with injuries) and Cindy was kind enough to hold my hand so to spread throughout the autobody process. She even was sweet to my little boy who I had to bring along. Customer service like Cindy provides is hard to come by nowadays. Although I hope to never visit Crash Champions again, I just might once I’m all healed and to give her a proper hug since the one I gave her today wasn’t my best.
