I wasn’t completely satisfied with the manner and the tone in which my inquiries regarding the status of my vehicle were handled. I’m at repeat customer to Crash Champion and my other experiences were much better in regards to communication with the Oak Forest shop.

I am confused as to where the toe hitch is on my car. My car was repaired but an expensive piece that I am still paying for is missing. Why was this piece removed and why was I not informed. I would like it back.
