Wife got hit in the front right tire. Drove to their shop with power steering needing an alignment. After waiting a week they tried giving her to the keys to a trailblazer with no power steering. How in the holy hell can a 130lb woman drive without out power steering. Their mechanic dan fed her some lie about ball joints blah blah blah. I said the car had power steering before it came in. Whatever's wrong with it was caused by the accident and the need to fix it. Needless to say another week goes by and they fixed the problem. Lied right to our faces and handed the keys to a completely unsafe car to my wife thank god I was there. Bbb will hear from us avoid these guys like the plague.
