This is Richard Alvarez, the Toyota owner. Roman Rose is the insured that is paying for the repairs. Crash Champions in Huntington Beach was terrific. They were very professional, communicated well and were right on schedule. Your offsite communication would be better if you had the correct name.

Communication was excellent, Jiovanni kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my car. He even called to when it was close to being done. He was off the day of pick up, but communication was still excellent when the work was handed off to Diego for the day. Car looks good as new . Office girl was also very friendly and helpful.
