My only negative experience was with Alex Adames. He was so nasty to me. He needs serious classes in customer service!!! He is a new guy that works on the cars. Thankfully he doesn’t work with the public. He made my experience negative. Sarah and Alex McElroy were great.

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car, the staff at Crash Champions were extremely informative, knowledgeable and friendly. They communicated with my insurance company, ordered the parts and put my car back together a week earlier than expected. I am extremely grateful for their office staff and the knowledge of the technicians. Hopefully it won’t happen again but if it does Crash Champions is where I will have it repaired.
