I picked up my car on 2/6/26 and The sensor is completely off the interior light stays on as well as the door light! Dropping the car back to you on Monday 2/9/26

The work done was done well, but not knowing that how in which damage is accessed or what may be looked over by way of the insurance company, was off putting. I will say that the main person that was handling my case at crash champions did inform me, with info i didn’t know. There was another person male, that complete hung up on me, for no reason, and never answered the phone when I called back. I found him to be a border line bigot. But can’t prove it. I believe I do know who it is.

Everything looks great, and I've had no problems thus far. Still, it's been less than a week since getting the car back. Need to see if the repairs last. It's the only reason my rating isn't a solid 10.

The employees were pleasant, informative, and professional. The only critique I have is that there seems to never be someone at the front desk, so I was left to wait for someone to come attend to me, or I had to go down the hallway to get someone's attention on both of my visits. Once attended to, their service was very good.

Excellent job of keeping us up-to-date throughout the process. Repairs were done completely and we see no issues. Car was cleaned before turning over to us, and it looks brand new. While having to put our car on the repair shop was a pain, having Crash Champions do the work made it much less traumatic. Thanks for everything!

Due to everything I experienced I don't think I could reccomend this establishment to anyone else. I can give grace for some mistakes but the last thing I would want to have happen is to have a friend or family member go through a similar situation. Again to recap everything, there was no communication about the process and a trim piece was thrown away by staff and then I had to find one, which I ended up installing myself,the belt molding on the rear drivers side door appears to be poorly installed, and there is residue along the inside of the doors. The saving grace here is that the body work and paint does look great and I am appreciative of that. But that alone is not enough for me to want to recommend crash champions.

Paint and body work appears to be done well. However, the issue with the apprentice throwing a trim piece away and then I had to source one due to your company not being able to find one through an approved vendor was frustrating. Also the rear driver side door belt molding does not appear to be installed well. Theres a fair amount of play in it compared to any of the other doors. Also there was adhesive residue left on the inside of the driver and rear driver side passenger door. I have an appointment Jan 5th 2026 for this to be resolved.

I'm not trying to be rude here but there were just too many things that did not go well. There was no communication on the process, the only time I was called about my vehicle was when my car was ready to be picked up. When I did speak with someone about my car they were professional.
