I had a problem with lack of communication, as well as inaccurate information on the update communication, I had a problem with some mark that was not on my car before I brought it in, and was not taken seriously about it, I will never return here

The repairs weren’t done correctly the first time and they had to fix 3 things that were unacceptable.

Casey was condescending and argued the fact that a scratch that was put on my tail light assembly could’ve been there to begin with when in fact it wasn’t and he didn’t write it down on his pre inspection either! In the second hand, Eric was excellent to deal with.

Everyone was great there. Friendly and helpful. Casey took the time to assist me when I was talking to the insurance company agent. Much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions. My car looks great and it was done a day earlier than the original quote.
