The repairs are look good but something is off, when we first picked up the car there was a tiny spring that popped out from were the repair were made by the steering wheel and now when ever I turn left or right there is a scraping/ticking noise coming from inside were the repair was made, which makes me think something in there is loose,So I’m hoping to take the car back in to get it checked out as soon as possible

Crash Champions in Crash Champions Collision Repair Schererville did an amazing job throughout my repair process. Brad was outstanding with communication and professionalism from start to finish. He consistently kept me updated while my car was being worked on, which made the entire process much less stressful and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Joey at the front desk was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful every time I spoke with her. Steve was also awesome and provided excellent customer service as well. Overall, the entire team made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciated their transparency, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend!
