The repair team failed to secure the steering wheel upon replacement. My son (I own the car, this is his mom) was driving down a 2-lane street, 35 mph and the steering wheel came off. Luckily he somehow managed to navigate his car safely to a stop without crashing! Negligence of not securing steering wheel could have had serious consequences to him or someone else! Crash Champions is lucky we are not litigious people because that was totally unacceptable. My son could have had a serious crash, hurting himself or others!!

answering the phone when I called the woman was friendly. Kyle stated that someone had a rude demeanor when he brought the car back for a 2nd time to fix the failed repair to the steering wheel.
