To start, they were 11 days past their promised delivery date. The used parts they replaced have multiple areas of obvious damage, do not sit flush, and there are areas that were never even fixed. The manager, Jonathan, was extremely rude and dismissive. He actually tried to blame me, saying the poor quality of work was because he “only” had my car for 18 days—which makes no sense. The way he spoke to me when I pointed out the damage was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It honestly felt like they were hoping we wouldn’t notice the shoddy work and would just take the vehicle so they could deny responsibility later. We are now taking the vehicle to another repair shop to have it fixed correctly. We will never return to Crash Champions and will absolutely be warning others not to use them. This has been a complete nightmare of an experience.

We would NEVER recommend it to anyone. The stress and issues that have come from this experience are inexcusable and the lack of accountability is astounding

Your technicians put clearly damaged used parts on my vehicle, didn’t repair all of the damage and almost all of the replaced parts do not sit flush. The hood is completely crooked and paint damaged areas weren’t fixed. The vehicle was “repaired” so poorly we have to take it to another body shop to fix the terrible work you did. Customer service was TERRIBLE. We were blamed by the manager for the poor work they did because they only had the car for 18 days. And it was somehow our fault that they did a terrible job?? Worst experience ever.

Manager Jonathan was so unprofessional, rude and took no responsibility for the terrible state of the vehicle. He agreed that there was damage to the vehicle when they tried to return the vehicle to us, but said it wasn’t his problem or his fault because they didn’t have the car for long enough. Despite the fact that they kept it 11 days past the promised return date.

I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with Crash Champions!! From the sweet lady at the front desk to the representative that kept me updated on the progress!! And then I was greeted by the manager as I was picking up!! Now for the actual work that was done!! I am a detail guy / ( actually a plumber) but I have always kept my truck immaculate! The new paint job was incredible!! I was born and raised in East County here in San Diego and I know a lot of people!! And they will all be hearing great things about Crash Champions Thank you Thank You all !!!
