I didn’t feel like I was given a warm welcome when I first interacted with the office team. However, they redeemed themselves later during my initial appointment. Throughout the process they kept me informed and the lady that was present when I picked up my car was very friendly and positive. Other than that, the repairs on my car went well.

I brought my car to the Mission Valley / Hotel Circle area location, and the team went entirely above and beyond. After fixing the main collision repairs quickly and flawlessly, there was a minor mix-up where a headlight bulb was replaced with a standard amber/yellow light instead of the aftermarket LEDs I run for better night vision. Instead of making excuses, the team immediately owned it, ordered the correct matching LED bulb, and made it right without hesitation. To top it off, they returned the car completely detailed and in perfect order. Incredible communication, fast turnaround, and true professionalism. They’ve earned a customer for life!
