Great job on repairing and customer service! I received timely updates on progress as well as quick response to any questions I had the staff was professional. The workmanship was excellent. Ezekiel was able to do the work on my car and finished three days ahead of estimated pick up date

The delays on the repair cost me a lot of money and no one responded to me for a request to wave deductible as a courtesy for losing $$7,000 on the trade in value due to delays in repair

Had the car for a month and a half. Communication was limited and incomplete. Had to pick up the car at a location much farther away than where I dropped it off. TBD on whether there are any issues with the repair itself but if the work is anything like the experience, I’m not optimistic.
