Everyone was polite, but I am concerned that this location does not have proper safety checks to protect their customer base.

Initially, everything with my repair following the accident went mostly okay. My only concern was that the timeline for when my vehicle would be ready kept getting pushed back without much communication. However, after picking up my car, it was making a sound that it had never made before - I was concerned and thought that perhaps my brake calipers were loose or had not been reinstalled correctly. I brought my car back to Crash Champions and asked them to check to ensure that everything had been reinstalled correctly, and they informed me that it had, but my inner tie rod was damaged as a result of wear and tear and suggested I take it to a repair shop. Upon taking my car to another repair center, I was told that while my inner tie rod did have some damage, it was not the cause of the sound my car was making -- the cause was that when Crash Champions reinstalled my wheel, they only re-fastened two of the five lug nuts, and my car wheel was about to fall off. I am fairly frustrated that this was a critical safety error and was missed two separate times, even after I went back to advocate that something seemed wrong. I am glad that nobody was harmed, since someone very well could have been from an error such as this.
