On the second day after the car was returned to me, the rear camera view remained on the screen. When I touched the screen, the view turned to static lines. Stopped the vehicle, powered off but the problem continued for that hour of driving. Since it only occurred that one time, I’ll not complain.

While the quality of the repair was very good, my car displayed issues with the brake lights afterward. Crash champions offer to take a look and said that it was no fault of theirs. I would have gladly paid them to repair this issue , but they did not offer. Other than this hiccup everything was great.

Crash.\nChampions were prompt with notifying me of delays in repair and answered all of my questions. As I stated in the previous comment , the only issue that I have is that they did not offer to repair the issue with the brake lights. I would have gladly paid.

Crash Champions got us in right away. They helped us get a rental car same day. Communications about the repairs and scheduling were convenient through text. God forbid I get into an accident or get more hail damages, I’ll be going back to Crash Champions, Naperville.
