Carson did a great job communicating all aspects of the work to be done & I appreciated the periodic updates and status checks. I hope I won’t need to, but if I ever do need work like this done again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Crash champions in Romeoville and work with Carson.

Repair seemed a bit rush. Even though it took 3 and a half weeks. When I got there material seemed to be falling off the two doors that got replaced. Had to wait about an hour for them to completly fix things that should've been already taking care of the same day I was supposed to pick up the car. And I still might have to pay a fee for the car rental. Otherwise customer service was pretty good.
