My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! This team had such attention to detail and was consistently in touch with me about the repairs. I was even excited that when I came to pick the car up it had been completely cleaned! It has not looked this good in years, thank you so much for all of your help and hard work!

This particular shop? 1, other crash champions may be better tho. My particular experience is very skewed by the timing and communication, the repair work itself seems fine so far.

The repairs themselves seem fine. My issue is timing and communication. I was told 5-7 days when I dropped it off and it ended up taking 3 full weeks, with hardly any communication from them over the first 2 weeks, no real explanation for the delay and just continually pushing the estimated completion, instead of re-evaluating early on and giving a more realistic finish time. Delays like this may be fine for the average customer who gets a rental car, but I have a 3/4 ton diesel truck. I can't just rent one of those to tow around trailers and haul 1000s of pounds. I own a truck like that because I use it, and it can't just be replaced by a rental.

They even reached out to my adjuster themselves to check on the status, which I truly appreciated. Wendell and Abby were especially helpful, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming throughout the whole process. When I picked up my car, I was honestly surprised at how clean it was. They didn’t just fix it—they also cleaned the inside, washed my mats, and gave it a full car wash. That extra touch made such a difference! I’m really impressed with the quality of work and customer service. Hopefully I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I definitely know where I’ll be going. So glad I chose Crash Champions in Romeoville!

I’m very particular when it comes to my car, and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. They did an amazing job repairing my Suburban — the quality is outstanding, and it looks like new again. Everything was done professionally and on time. They were also very helpful and accommodating throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless — clean inside and out, which was a really nice touch. The team was easy to work with and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend!

Carson was amazing to work with. He kept me up to date and posted through every step of the process. He was very professional and looked out for my best interests. If I were to come back to get service with you guys it would be because of him. He was very helpful with the requests that I had to keep certain parts of the car and did not miss a single thing that I had brought up. It was a very quick and smooth process.
