They got my vehicle completed ahead of schedule. The repairs look great, and they detailed my car. The driver floor mat was so clean, I didn’t recognize it. Looked like a new car inside.

My satisfaction with crash champions repair quality was a 10. Same with the customer service received there by starting as soon as I walk in the door the front desk receptionist gal was always attentive and nice! I’d like to also appreciate Carson Pass, he really helped me out in the process always keeping me updated with my car and it’s repair process. My vehicle was also promised at a later time and I got it earlier so that was awesome! Also thank you to crash champions and the team who cleaned my car. Overall the experience was a 10/10 at crash champions of romeoville IL.

The Crash Champions my car was sent was a God send. My car was repaired at the Romeoville shop in show-stopping time. The job was done beautifully.
