Good communication.Car looked good after work was completed. Initial quote was not close to the final cost . I would use them again but would just expect an explanation for the big difference from final cost.

Started from the beginning when I first dropped the car off Abby, the young lady that sits at the front desk very pleasant to talk to and friendly. Was offered coffee and some her personal cookies that she had (which was good) First appearance means a lot. She was helpful and explain everything to me then moving right along while the car is being repaired. I was kept informed about all Updates with the car how the hood of my car was on backorder so everything that was being done I was being informed by the young man Wendell Ware. The car was ready at the time that Mr Wendell Ware said it would be. So now my car is ready I went back to pick the care up and once again Ms Abby once again was greeted by a pleasant smile and helpful and of course Mr Wendell Ware was there to have me look at the car to make sure everything was OK so yes, I’m very pleased and thankful for friendly faces and pleasant people to have service my car. Thank you to Ms Abby and Mr Wendell keep doing an amazing job with customer care. It is greatly appreciated.
