Gary and the front desk/receptionist were amazing! Very kind, thorough, informative, and made the whole process very easy. I was stressed out prior to dropping off my car, but their customer service was top notch, they explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions to put my worries at ease. I appreciate their kindness and both of their over the phone etiquette was outstanding!
