The car restored to pre thief condition. I would have preferred to have more contact and notifications during the repairs that could include photos or a link provided to keep up with repair progress.

My truck had glass still everywhere and from when and where they put the window in it it was not clean up my front driver and passenger window is scratch up along with the tint I have the pictures of the vehicle while I was in the process of cleaning up

I have a slight issue where it feel like it pulls to the left slightly. Also there is a slight rattle sound when driving 10-20 mph , it starts and stops at times. I drove for the week to test out the feel

My pick up date was extended several times without notice. I’d have to call every other day for updates because the tracking website was NEVER up to date. Super inconvenient, barely any transparency.
