They replaced my bumper but keep the the old light reflector. They should have asked me if I wanted to pay for it if he wasn’t covered, now it looks tacky. Also the communication with the insurance company was not good. One minute they are repairing he next they are not. They also called me and told me they were going to charge me storage fees because they had not heard from the insurance company. I would not have brought my car there if the insurance wasn’t covering it They also sent me two text stating that I missed my drop off appointment but I had already dropped it off the day before
